This rental policy sets forth the terms and conditions for renting vehicles from MM Exotic Dubai. By signing, the renter acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.

Condition of the Car

• The car will be delivered to the renter in excellent condition, free from any defects or damage.
• Any visible defect present at the time of delivery will be recorded and documented.
• The car must be returned to MM Exotic Dubai in the same condition as it was received, at the agreed location and time.
• MM Exotic Dubai reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle at the renter’s expense if it is used in violation of these terms.

Terms and Conditions of Car Usage

The renter agrees to:

1. Maintenance Checks: Periodically check the vehicle’s oil, water levels, and tire pressure, and report any mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues. Any warning signals that appear must be immediately reported to MM Exotic Dubai. The renter will bear costs related to damages caused by failure to report issues, including administrative fees.

2. Driver Requirements: The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least one year, be at least 21 years old, and possess a license valid in the UAE (International, GCC, or from approved countries).

3. Prohibited Uses: The vehicle cannot be used for off-road driving, racing, towing, or any other activity that may damage it. The renter will be held liable for damages, including administrative costs, due to misuse.

4. Legal Compliance: The vehicle is not to be used for illegal activities, including the transport of prohibited substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) or commercial passenger transport. The renter is responsible for any fines, vehicle confiscation, or claims from third parties resulting from such violations.

5. Insurance Coverage Limitations:

   No insurance applies if:
   • The renter subleases the vehicle without MM Exotic Dubai’s written consent.
   • The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
   • An unauthorized driver operates the vehicle (see Driver Requirements).
   • In such cases, the renter is responsible for all damages, third-party claims, passenger claims, and daily rental fees during the vehicle’s repair period. MM Exotic Dubai may also impose administrative fees for associated costs.

6. Traffic Violations: The renter must adhere to all UAE traffic laws and is responsible for paying any resulting fines plus administrative fees.

7. Geographic Restrictions:

   • The rental vehicle must not be taken outside the borders of the UAE.
   • Any request to transport the vehicle across water must be made in writing at least one week prior. MM Exotic Dubai reserves the right to approve or deny such requests and may apply additional charges for specific insurance coverage if the request is approved.
